Monthly facial for Allied members

Are Med Spa Memberships Worth It? How to Decide

A med spa membership is usually worth it if you get at least one treatment a month or have regular Botox® and filler appointments, because the monthly fee goes toward a treatment and unlocks member pricing on everything else. If you only visit once or twice a year, paying as you go may make more sense.

How memberships work at Allied

You pay a set monthly amount and receive a monthly treatment plus ongoing discounts. Our three levels are:

  • Level I, $99/month: a monthly facial-level treatment and member savings
  • Level II, $149/month: more treatment options, Botox® at $11/unit, savings on filler, IV therapy and skin care
  • Level III, $199/month: our best value, with Botox® at $10/unit and the deepest savings

There is also an Injectable Club: $199/month banked toward injectables, with 10% off.

What members save

  • Member pricing on Botox®
  • $50 to $100 off filler syringes
  • $25 to $50 off IV therapy
  • 10% to 20% off medical-grade skin care
  • Half off B12 injections

See current details on our memberships page.

A simple way to decide

  • Add up a typical year. List the treatments you already get or plan to get.
  • Compare. Price that year at regular rates, then at member rates plus 12 monthly fees.
  • Be honest about consistency. Memberships reward routine; regular care also gives better results.

Who memberships are best for

  • Botox® clients who come in every three to four months
  • Anyone who wants a monthly facial or peel
  • People combining several services, such as injectables plus skin care
  • Anyone who likes a predictable monthly budget
