Not technically. BBL® (BroadBand Light) uses a range of light wavelengths instead of a single laser wavelength, which lets it treat brown spots and redness at the same time.
ADVATx and BBL® have little to no downtime. MOXI® usually means a day or two of redness and a few days of dry, rough skin. HALO® needs about one week.
Most clients describe warmth or a prickly, snapping feeling. Numbing cream is used for MOXI® and HALO®, and ADVATx needs no numbing at all.
ADVATx is safe for all skin types, and our other devices have settings that can be adjusted for many skin types. Tanned skin and some medications may change what's recommended, so your provider reviews your skin and history first.
