Policies and Procedures

Per our Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling Policy, all appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment or a policy fee associated with service may be applied to your credit card on file.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY

To avoid possible cancellation fees, please contact Allied Medical Aesthetics at 303.465.6332 a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel within the required time may result in a cancellation fee being charged to your credit card on file.

We appreciate your understanding of our policy and also your support for our providers and the time they set aside for your individual treatments.

Credit Card information is required to schedule all appointments.

Please reschedule all appointments a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment time.

Failure to show or not showing for an appointment or a "No Show" is also considered a Failure to Cancel.  Your credit card, on file, will be charged for cancellation fees. Cancellation fees vary based on individual services and your appointment may result in policy fees being charged to your credit card on file.

When rescheduling your appointment last minute and/or less than 24 hours from your treatment time, the same policies apply from above.

**We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patients who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.**

RETURN POLICY

Unopened products may be returned within 2 weeks from purchase.  Any issues with or allergies to product, may be exchanged with in 2 weeks.
